Our Approach

Therapy should feel human, personal, and built around you.

Therapists are never one-size-fits-all. We combine evidence-based methods with a deeply personalized approach, ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and understood — not simply as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person.

Our focus is on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where growth feels possible and meaningful change feels achievable. We take time to understand each person's experiences, values, needs, and goals.

Yongyi

Healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. Yongyi understands that reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps someone takes and believes no one should have to walk that path alone.

As an immigrant, Yongyi understands what it means to navigate change, balance different cultures, overcome adversity, and build resilience through life’s challenges. Those experiences have shaped both who she is and how she shows up as a therapist.

Her goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and where healing can happen at their own pace.

Yongyi specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma and the lasting effects it can have on emotions, relationships, self-worth, and everyday life. She also works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and low self-esteem.
